  <description>     The Falcons Nest is a very nicely done custom log cabin which has all the amenities and design features the discerning vacationer looks for when considering spending a  a week in the mountains. The cabin consist of 3,100 square feet of living space with 1,650 feet of covered wrap around porches. There are two master bedroom/bath suites separated by the great room with its' large floor to ceiling stone fireplace flanked by large windows.  Relaxing beside the fireplace you can enjoy panoramic views of layered mountain ranges and the Watauga Lake. 
     Slip upstairs to a cozy sleeping loft and listen to the rain on the metal roof lull you to sleep.  The downstairs is perfect for the younger ones in the group complete with a TV room, bunk beds, full bath and tournament size table tennis.
