As a club that enables it's members to maximize the value of their properties by sharing the downtime with others, 3RD HOME has become in just a short time the leader and the most recognized brand in this area. Our membership base is located in 56 different countries and our sponsors are international in scope.

CFO

Work closely with the Founder and CEO of company to help manage and direct growth and keep what we do fun for everyone doing it! Our #1 goal is member experience. That being said, we are growing and need someone to help design systems for reporting, accounting, tracking, forecasting, contracts and contract negotiations, and planning for future expansion and growth. We are marketing based and driven with a strong need for data management, accounting, reporting and projections.

Position requires self starter and someone who "gets things" quickly and make things happen.

CFO position is a chance to help direct a company that is providing an incredible new and welcomed service to an old and established industry. The CFO needs to create in house systems and then implement these systems to keep up with our sales and growth.

Requires being in Nashville Tennessee however, singing background and experience not required which is a good thing for most of us in the company.

Marketing Manager

The marketing managers responsibility is to work with our Sponsors and coordinate all marketing and communications. The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, PR skills, and the ability to write and direct marketing strategies. Self- starter and proven track record necessary. College degree required from major college or university along with at a minimum of 4 years of work experience or an MBA.

Membership Manager

The membership manager responsibility is to communicate with all new and prospective members and to review the terms and conditions of the club, review weeks deposited and to assist the new members in a complete understanding of all aspects of the club. A background in customer service and knowledge of the travel or resort industry is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills required. College degree from major college or university required.

Exchange Coordinator

The exchange coordinator works with our member base in facilitating exchanges between our members. Special request are often made and the Exchange Coordinator works to make these request become a confirmed reservation. A background in travel and resorts is required. Excellent verbal skills required. Sales of high-end luxury travel or real estate/ services helpful. College degree required.

Internships

Looking for experience in the luxury real estate and travel industry? You would be involved in a number of key areas of the company such as membership management, partner relationships and communication.

There are rolling internships on offer. Position is paid but only open to those resident in or near Nashville.
