Over the last 25 years, he has been responsible for projects including Sandestin, Florida and Hampton Island, Georgia and dozens of others totaling more than $3 billion in revenue. As vice president of Intrawest he was responsible for luxury projects from New England to the Caribbean. A co-founder of one of South Carolina’s most successful real estate companies, Wade understands the needs of company owners, brokers and agents. A frequent lecturer at the University of Georgia and resource for the media, he has been quoted and featured in publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Georgia Trend, Private Air, Links Magazine, Coastal Living, Southern Accents and Executive Traveler.

Joan Skelton

President

Joan joins us as President of 3rd Home with over 20 years experience in executive sales, marketing and consulting positions with companies such as AT&T, Sprint, Arthur Andersen and Equity Estates, a luxury destination club. Joan was also a partner in Skelton Development, a real estate development firm focused on adaptive reuse projects throughout the southeast and new construction projects in resort destinations such as Cashiers, North Carolina and the Emerald Coast of Alabama/Florida. In her new role with 3rd Home, Joan will focus on growing the company and launching new initiatives aimed at creating exceptional member loyalty.

Martin Sprock

Partner

Martin is Founder, CEO and Chairman of Raving Brands, one of the nations premier and successful fast casual restaurants. Known brands founded by Raving Brands and Sprock include Moe’s Southwest Grill, a 2005 Inc Magazine top 25 company, Mama Fu’s Asian House, Doc Green’s Gourmet Salads, Bonehead Grill, Flying Biscuit Café, Shanes Rib Shack, PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, Planet Smoothie and Monkey Joe’s. Martin received his degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and resides in Charlotte NC.

Bonneau Ansley

After graduating for Woodberry Forest in Virginia, Bonneau went to the University of Georgia were he graduated with a BBA in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business. Bonneau has been involved in real estate as an investor, developer and salesperson for more than a decade. Over the past 10 years he has been involved in the development and sales of about $200 million. With second homes in Sea Island, Palmetto Bluff and Cashiers his family understands the value of second home ownership and appreciates the added value benefits of 3rd Home.

Clayton Alan Curtis

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Clayton serves as the digital, social-media, and affiliate coordinator. He spent his undergraduate years at Clemson University and the University of Vermont where he was active in Chi Phi fraternity as well as Track and Field. He received numerous academic and athletic accolades including All-ACC, All-New England, and All-America East. He served as Team Captain during his Senior year at UVM. Graduating from college in '07 with a degree in Television and Film, Clayton moved to Atlanta where he was Head Marketing Tech at Budweiser of Atlanta. He served as the New Media Producer for TrainerTV.com and was also the Marketing Director for Land Surf Inc. in Marietta, GA.

Robin Teichert

Robin’s background in real estate had childhood beginnings with her father being part of a successful company developing resort properties. “I loved the lake cottage visits…this is when I first learned the true value of the second home life!” After college, Robin began a career in Real Estate and in her first year was runner up “rookie of the year” for the Board Of Realtors. Over her 20 years in Real Estate she has worked with properties at the beach, lake and in the city. She played an integral role in turning around the occupancy at many luxury properties. She has been affiliated with The Four Seasons, The Georgian Terrace, Park Avenue, Park Regency, and The Astoria in Atlanta. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and Florida.

Chuck Leavell

For more than 30 years Chuck Leavell has been recognized as one of the top keyboard players in the country and the world. He has been a member of the Allman Brothers Band, Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Train, Government Mule, The Indigo Girls and for the past 27 years the Rolling Stones. Chuck has authored three books on conservation, served on the American Forest Foundation and boards for land conservation and is co-founder of The Mother Nature Network, one of the top environmental Web sites in the world.

Ray Lewis

Ray served as chief marketing officer for Holiday Inn Worldwide and was part of the company’s executive leadership overseeing global franchise operations for 12 years. During that time he was responsible for global brand management, worldwide sales and market activities, strategic alliances and channel management. A co-founder of Global Vacation Group, Ray served on the management team that took the company public with a listing on the NYSE. Currently, Ray is a highly sought after business advisor in the areas of global travel, hospitality, leisure, and luxury consumer and business services.

George Benson

President of the College of Charleston

George is the 21st president of the College of Charleston and formerly served as dean of the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia and dean of Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University. He received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bucknell University, pursued graduate work in the engineering school of New York University and holds a Ph.D in decision sciences from the University of Florida. Active with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program over the years, he has served as a judge, on the Board of Overseers and as Chairman of the Board of Overseers. He is co-author of a leading textbook on business statistics and serves on several corporate boards of directors.

Mac Anderson

Mac Anderson is the founder Simple Truths & Successories, the leader in creating products for employee motivation and recognition.

Successories, however, is not the first success story for Mac Anderson. He was also the founder and CEO of McCord Travel (one of the largest travel companies in the Midwest) and as a part owner of Orval Kent Food Company (the largest manufacturer of prepared salad products in the country), he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His remarkable accomplishments in these three unrelated industries provide some insight into his passion and leadership skills. Mac brings the same passion to his speaking when he shares his business experiences with others. In addition, he is the author of two books, The Nature of Success and The Power of Attitude. He also introduced The Race, a motivational classic.
