3RD HOME Spectacular Villa in Cabo San Lucas
The Cabo vacation experience has just been elevated to the 3rd power encompassing a magnificent villa, unrivaled amenities including a yacht and unprecedented service providing a completely worry-free environment.
Villa Las Palmas, in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, is one of the most distinctive, lavish signature villas in the world. The multi-level marble and travertine villa has an unparalleled breathtaking view of the Sea of Cortez, has six bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, a movie and game room, fitness center, putting green and even a luxurious infinity pool with swim-up bar. It is completely private and is located in the gated, prestigious Pedregal development just minutes from downtown Cabo and the marina.

Whatever your idea of fun is in Cabo, Villa Las Palmas offers a complete amenities package through their dedicated Concierge Services. If you enjoy the water, the E3Yacht Club provides a complete collection of fishing, motor and sailing yachts, including their flagship, Spartacus at Sea, an award-winning 60’ Hatteras sport fishing yacht, complete with captain and crew. Although primarily built for sport fishing, it doubles as a pleasure yacht, providing daily excursions through the Pacific waters. Whether enjoying snorkeling or scuba diving, a sunset dinner cruise or a whale watch excursion, you will be “yachting in style” in this gorgeous cherry wood and Italian leather vessel. Additional amenities available include transportation to and from the airport, in-villa spa services, a private beach & tennis access, jet skis, para- sailing, dune buggies, ATV and much more, including a private chef for in-villa dining. Signature 6-star service is the third element of this home ownership. Providing the benefits and services of a world- class hotel, the staff manages all aspects of your stay. From dinner reservations to transportation needs to cooking and housekeeping – the services and staff are impeccable.
“3RD HOME provides our owners the ultimate exchange alternative. Through their one-of-a kind ‘Key Exchange System,’ our owners are provided access to luxurious villas around the world,” said Tim Gesner, President of E3Escapes, LLC. For more information on Villa Las Palmas, go to www.e3escapes.com.
And, if you have never been to Cabo, you are truly missing out on one of the most fabulous destinations in Mexico.
The minute you get off the plane the weather is warm, the locals are friendly and within less than an hour, you are surrounded by the beach, ocean, desert, palm trees, mountains, blue sky and a comfortable slow pace. What a winning combination! Located at the Sea of cortez right at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula, Cabo has exploded on the international front as one of the top vacation spots in the world.
“The Arch” is the most famous symbol most commonly associated with Cabo. Almost anywhere in town, you can see the volcanic rock formation rising high above the water. You can take a water taxi, ride by the seals perched on the rocks and head over to Lover’s Beach, have a picnic and watch the sun set through the Arch. It is a magnificent sight. Water, water everywhere, so, of course, world- class fishing excursions, whale watching (Jan.- March), snorkeling, para-sailing and diving opportunities abound. The marina area has been recently developed into an array of wonderful shops and restaurants featuring local Mexican cuisine and seafood, as well as hand-made pottery and blankets, including silver jewelry with beautiful Mexican opals.
The food in Cabo is outstanding! Margaritas and guacamole are a must, but for something a little more substantial, my favorite places to dine are Edith's, The Office and Mi Casa. Edith's is decorated in typical Mexican fashion and is located in town on a small, bumpy dirt road near the beach. Their menu consists of fresh seafood and steaks and offers the largest, most fabulous shrimp and lobsters along with their specialty of the house, a magnificent Caesar salad made at your table. A little pricey but worth every peso. The Office is a block down the road and is directly on the beach. You dine in the sand, so no high heels here, girls. Owned by the same restaurateur that owns Edith's, the food is again superb, just more casual and less expensive.
Dinner is usually combined with a Mexican show complete with elaborate dancers
and musicians in authentic costumes. Mi Casa is the quintessential Mexican restaurant. Mexican tile and old, traditional, elaborate archways lead you into a 2-story hacienda-type dining room with an open-air ceiling. Strolling musicians echo the sounds of old Mexico while you dine by candlelight on rice, beans and fresh tacos. And, for the very best sushi in town, you won’t want to miss Nicksan, located right off the Marina next to the Tesoro Hotel.
